# Shopify Credit - How to upload your CSV & bank statements

This article will help you learn how to export your statements or CSV for your Shopify Credit accounts.

## 1. About
- In certain cases, we'll need transactions or reports we can't import automatically from your bank or financial institution.
- In this article, we'll explain how to find the relevant reports we need from your Shopify Credit accounts and upload them into Finaloop.

**Note**: To export Shopify Credit CSV and PDF statements, you need to be either the primary cardholder or a staff account with both the " **View all Shopify Credit account activity**" and " **Manage payment settings**" permissions granted. The store owner can manage permissions in Shopify. Here's what they should do:

1. Go to Settings > Users
2. Click on your staff account
3. Scroll to the Finance permissions section
4. Enable "View all Shopify Credit account activity" and "Manage payment settings"
5. Click Save

## 2. Exporting a CSV file of your Shopify Credit transactions

### Steps
1. Log in to your Shopify account using your username and password.
2. Go to **Finance > Credit.**
3. Click the 'Download' icon at the top right of the Transactions section.

4. Choose the month relevant to your mission and click **Export as CSV**. This will save the CSV file to your device.

5. Head over to your [mission](https://home.finaloop.com/missions) in Finaloop, and upload your CSV file.

## 3. Exporting a bank statement from your Shopify Credit account

As part of our onboarding and year-end reviews, we may ask for statements to confirm your credit balances and ensure your books are **100%** accurate.

### What you'll need
- Your Shopify account login credentials (Username & Password)

### Steps
1. Log in to your Shopify account using your username and password.
2. Go to **Finance > Credit.**
3. Click **View statements** at the top right of the page.

4. Click the statement of the month relevant to your mission. This will allow you to save the statement to your device.

5. Head over to your [mission](https://home.finaloop.com/missions) in Finaloop, and upload your bank statement pdf.
