Shopify Capital - What info do I need?

To accurately record your loan payments and fees, please follow these instructions to retrieve the required loan documents:

  1. Log in to your Shopify account and go to Settings > Capital.
  2. Click "View all Transactions".
  3. Download your loan agreement by clicking "View agreement" at the top-right and saving it as a PDF.
  4. Download the transaction report by clicking "Export" at the top-right, and then clicking "Transactions" to download a CSV file.
  5. Upload both the PDF & CSV files.
