# How to connect QuickBooks Payroll to your books

To make sure your QuickBooks Payroll transactions get properly included in your books, please add Finaloop as your accountants in your QuickBooks Online account by following these steps:

1. Login to your QBO account.

2. From the **Gear Icon**, choose **Manage users** and tap on **Accounting firms.**

3. Hit **Invite** and enter Finaloop team as the name and [accountant@finaloop.com](mailto:accountant@finaloop.com) as the email, then hit **Save**. After we accept the invite, the status will change to active.

4. Hit **Next** and click on **Finish**.
