Payability - What info do I need?

To accurately record your loan payments and interest, please follow these instructions to retrieve the required documents:

  1. Log in to your Payability account
  2. Go to "Reports".
  3. On the top bar, select "Reconciliation view".
  4. Download the detailed reconciliation report by clicking "Export detailed view".
  5. Upload the detailed reconciliation report.
