TikTok Shop Role

Finaloop connects directly with TikTok Shop to sync all your data. You can read more about it here.

To allow us to validate all your TikTok data in Finaloop, please provide us with a Bookkeeping role:

1. Log in to TikTok Shop Seller Center - Account Settings - User Management.

2. Click the Add User button.

3. Fill in -
   Role(s): Finance Specialist + Order Fulfillment Specialist + Product Management Specialist + Customer Service Agent
   Email address: accountant+{ yourcompany name }@finaloop.com.
   Default language: English.

4. Click Submit.
